Shipping policy

We ship to United States addresses only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Software orders

Nothing physical ships. Your license key is emailed to the address on the order, normally within one business day.

Kits and parts

Orders that include hardware normally ship within about one week. Every kit is matched and tested before it is boxed, which is why it is not the same day.

We ship by USPS or UPS and email you a tracking number when the parcel leaves. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. If we cannot ship within the time stated at checkout, or within 30 days if no time is stated, we will email you before that date with a new estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund.

When it arrives

Risk of loss and damage passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us. If a parcel arrives damaged, please tell us within 7 days of delivery and keep the packaging so we can claim against the carrier. We will replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, and telling us later does not affect your rights under our Limited Warranty or the law.

Wrong address

Please check the delivery address before you pay. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable we will send it again once the postage is covered.
